This Month...

With St. Luke's

We sit down with St.Luke's SLS Team and go through the process that are used to actually determine what OFIs will be and possible additions to the list, articulate some practices for case summaries. We brainstorm what all of the different opportunities for improvement and possible contributing factors.

Key Points of Interest

  • Case Summaries

SLS Collaborative members share cases reviewed and finalized in the last quarter.  The cases are examples of newly created OFIs.

  • Process for Adding New OFIs

Collaborative Members meet quarterly to review all cases with "other OFIs" and create new categories to match the clinical scenario.

  • Mock Case Discussion

Participate in the case discussions and identify all of the possible OFIs in the clinical scenarios presented by your SLS Collaborative colleagues.
