This Month...

We go through some case summaries to find all the OFIs and contributing factors we're going to redefine those as “others”. We aim to come to a more shared understanding of all of the OFIs and what the capabilities and possibilities are as we move forward with the concept of “other” and possible contributing factors.

Key Points of Interest

  • Learning Opportunities

Recognizing and labeling "others" positively impacts our learning opportunities and drives future strategic quality improvements for the COI2L flywheel. We're fully committed to enhancing our learning capabilities.

  • Keeping or not keeping the "other"

We currently have several OFIs that have been utilized either zero or just a few times. It's intriguing to gather your thoughts on whether they should remain in place or be removed altogether.

  • Discussion on labelling the "other"

Collaborators review cases and discuss the existing OFIs and the "other" OFIs on some examples.
