We sit down with the improvement team at UMC to learn how they accomplished drastic improvements in their Truven Health Analytics mortality performance since 2014. They will share their journey in founding and maintaining a Morality Steering Committee at UMC including the local implementation of SLS and a gap analysis with COI(2)L.
